Compensation

• $37/hr

What You’ll Be Doing

• Triage and troubleshoot complex application and system issues
• Handle vendor support calls with technical confidence and strategic questioning
• Support installs, updates, and configurations of key business software
• Provide light hardware support across devices and peripherals
• Troubleshoot intermediate network issues including DNS, DHCP, and VPN
• Assist with user permissions, patching, and general system maintenance
• Create documentation that enables Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams to succeed

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint and Teams
• Exposure to Intune, Azure, or Exchange Online environments
• Understanding of ITIL or incident/problem management best practices
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco (preferred)
