Job Title: Senior Social Worker – Community and Advice Support Team

Rate: £36.00

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Richmond for a seasoned professional to join our Community and Advice Support Team (CAST) as a Senior Team Member. This role is designed for individuals who are adept at navigating fast-paced environments and are committed to providing short-term interventions that are not overly complex but require quick, decisive action.

What will your responsibilities be?

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for demonstrating a proven track record in leadership roles, guiding and supporting a dedicated team. You will leverage your expert knowledge in safeguarding practices to ensure the safety and well-being of all clients. Additionally, your previous involvement with Front Door or CAST teams will showcase your ability to handle initial inquiries and assessments efficiently.

Qualifications and Experiences:

To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
