Essential Requirements for the Role/System Knowledge Required:

• Senior/Managerial Experience: Proven track record in a leadership role, with the ability to guide and support a dedicated team.
• Safeguarding SAM Experience: Expert knowledge in safeguarding practices, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients.
• Front Door Team/CAST Team Experience: Previous involvement with Front Door or CAST teams, demonstrating a capacity to handle initial inquiries and assessments efficiently.

What we are looking for in a Senior Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
