Job Title: Senior Social Worker – Learning Disability & Transition Team

Location: Lewisham

Rate: £36 per hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a qualified Senior Social Worker to join our client’s Learning Disability & Transition Team in Lewisham.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a senior social worker with a small but complex caseload
  • Supervise a dedicated group of staff within a large, dynamic team led by the operational manager
  • Focus on risk management and safeguarding, including children’s safeguarding where relevant
  • Develop expertise in safeguarding and risk management
  • Champion prevention and personalisation with a strength-based approach
  • Provide leadership and specialized knowledge to impact service users and the team

Qualifications and Experience:
