Your Role

As a Senior Social Worker within our Learning Disability and Autism Division, you will work to improve quality of life and reduce risks for individuals with complex presentations. Your responsibilities include assessment, developing personalized therapeutic interventions, and working across various facilities in Northampton. You will need a recognized Social Work Qualification, post-qualifying award, and extensive experience in Mental Health and Capacity Legislation, Safeguarding Adults, and complex safeguarding investigations. Leadership skills and the ability to handle high-risk cases are essential. Registration with Social Work England is required, with ongoing training and supervision provided.
