The Joint Emergency Team (JET) is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their team. The pay rate is £32.35 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and support in managing emergency cases.
  • Conduct urgent assessments and develop immediate care plans.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals, emergency services, and other stakeholders for rapid response and effective intervention.
  • Offer expert advice on complex cases and ensure compliance with legislation and policies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of interventions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
