About the role

Join a dedicated and passionate team where the wellbeing and rights of children and young people are at the heart of everything we do. Our Children in Care Team works with young people up to the age of 18, fulfilling our statutory duties as a local authority. The service also includes a team of highly skilled Personal Advisors who support our care leavers up to the age of 25.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker who shares our deep commitment to championing children’s rights and supporting young people in achieving their full potential.

About You

You are a qualified and experienced Social Worker, registered with Social Work England, who brings:

  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and delivering outstanding care
  • Passion for relationship-based, trauma-informed practice
  • Creativity, curiosity, and a desire to make a lasting difference
  • A collaborative approach and a willingness to grow and learn through feedback
  • Experience supporting children in care and care leavers (preferred)
