What you will do:

1. Lead and manage complex cases involving children in care.
2. Coordinate and participate in care proceedings and implement CIC processes.
3. Conduct visits to children placed out of the area ensuring their welfare needs are met.
4. Write comprehensive reports for court proceedings and case reviews.
5. Oversee and manage a diverse caseload, providing support and guidance to junior staff.
6. Work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for children.
