Job summary

Caritas Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Social Worker for our Assessment team in Middlesbrough. You will lead assessments, develop care plans and work with clients to ensure they receive the support they need to thrive.

The role requires a recognised social work qualification, registration with Social Work England, and significant post-qualification experience in assessment and care planning. You will mentor junior staff and contribute to safeguarding and records management.

Qualifications

• Experience in social work with a focus on assessment and care planning.
• Registration with Social Work England or equivalent.
• Proven ability to engage diverse populations with empathy and professionalism.
