Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Senior Social Worker for the Adults Locality Team in the Royal Borough of Kingston. The role offers an hourly rate of £36 and an ongoing full-time position in a dynamic, supportive environment.

You will partner with the Team Manager, develop internal and external partnerships, and use digital technologies to improve service delivery while mentoring other social care staff and managing team performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Team Manager to set outcomes, targets and monitor performance.
• Develop and maintain partnerships to deliver effective, outcome-focused services.
• Use digital technologies to modernise practices and improve customer service.
• Mentor Social Workers and Support Coordinators to maintain high standards.
• Manage team performance, recruitment and staff development.
• Assist in financial management and budget adherence.
• Promote communication and build relationships with service users and carers.
• Embed equity, equality and diversity in service delivery.
