What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will provide senior-level support in adult safeguarding, reporting to the Safeguarding Practice Lead and promoting effective safeguarding practice across adult social care teams. You will attend Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) meetings and manage Person in Position of Trust (PIPOT) referrals, ensuring coordinated and proportionate responses to complex safeguarding concerns. Additionally, you will offer safeguarding advice and guidance to frontline teams, assist Team Managers and Service Managers with safeguarding responsibilities, and support the development and embedding of safeguarding knowledge and good practice across the workforce through mentoring and training initiatives.
