Job Title

We are looking for a Senior Practitioner to join a Working Age Mental Health Team.

Qualifications

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience.

About the Team

This team focuses on working with adults aged 18-65 who have mental health concerns to provide outcome-focused assessments. The team is highly driven to work with each service user, family, and carer as individuals to tailor their care plans. Key responsibilities include undertaking complex assessments and completing safeguarding processes under the Care Act 2014. The ability to act in a supervisory role and support the day-to-day running of the team is essential.

About You

A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with at least three years of experience is required. Experience with line management in a mental health setting (community-based or inpatient) or in an autism-focused team is advantageous.
