Bradford Council is recruiting an Advanced Practitioner Social Work to support the Management Team in Adults with Disabilities, ensuring high quality practice and rights-based care.

You will mentor new social workers, provide supervision to ASYE staff, and help develop practice within the team and across the service.

You will work within departmental policy, embracing digital innovation and upholding UN CRPD principles to enable person-centred participation.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Management Team across Adults Services in delivering high quality Social Work to Adults and their families.
• Assisting the team manager in supporting and developing the Adults with Disabilities team and the wider service.
• Mentoring and supervising new social workers, including ASYE supervision and coaching opportunities.
• Contributing to practice development and linking activities to the Adults Services performance framework and practice model.
• Operating within departmental policy, procedures and digital innovation requirements.
