Senior Social Work Practitioner in Children's Social Work in Birmingham - £33.30 Hourly - Full Time - 3 Months' Contract

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of children and families to identify their needs and plan appropriate interventions.
• Develop and implement care plans, ensuring that the child's voice is always central to the decision-making process.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members to promote professional development within the team.
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure a holistic approach to each case.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures related to children's social work.
