VaynerMedia London is seeking a social native Creator with a strong background in concept development, shooting, and editing across social platforms. You’ll guide the social visual style, oversee LIVE event content capture, and lead campaigns from concept to posting, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional creative experience with social, video, and multi-format content.
• Proven experience as a video shooter/editor in advertising or digital media.
• Solid understanding of video production including lighting, framing, and audio.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Strong content creation capability from concept to delivery across platforms.
• Proactive, accountable, and capable of guiding teams.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Attention Media: Create content that grabs attention and drives high engagement (Views, Saves, Shares).
• The hook: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos for various platforms.
• Live in the feed: Stay ahead of trends in social video formats and editing techniques.
• Team player: Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional departments on rapid requests and tight timelines.
• A Creator: Attend brainstorms and kick-offs to contribute ideas and craft strategy.
• Coach: Mentor Creators and Residents, and other creatives, under leadership guidance.
