Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Senior Social Sustainability Advisor to lead the delivery and continual improvement of its social value strategy across the UK. This role embeds social value into bids, projects and operations, influencing decision-making and delivering measurable benefits for communities and stakeholders.

You will work with stakeholders across the organisation to shape strategy, support governance, and drive initiatives that strengthen customer relationships while supporting

Qualifications

Demonstrable experience in social sustainability and/or social value roles.
Understanding of public sector procurement and customer social value requirements.
Ability to build and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and continuous improvement of Siemens Mobility's Social Value Framework.
Provide governance across the social value delivery lifecycle from bid to contract delivery.
Measure, report and communicate social value impact to internal and external stakeholders.
Support the development of compelling social value responses for tender submissions.
Provide guidance and assurance for governance and performance of social value commitments.
