ROLE SUMMARY:

This is an exciting new role in a growing area of our business with significant potential. The Senior Social Manager will drive and implement paid and organic social media and content marketing campaigns globally, including for new school openings (online and physical).

The role involves managing our internal social team and leading an in-house transition to organic social media. Focus areas include brand awareness, engagement, enrollment, and retention, overseeing planning, implementation, and optimization across Inspired’s channels and managing local social media experts.

We seek a passionate, dynamic manager who is highly motivated, forward-thinking, and capable of leading strategy and execution independently. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of proven experience in building social media brand awareness and equity, with a keen interest in developing their career in owned and paid channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop a centre of excellence to promote social media and content strategies across 110+ schools, ensuring effective social media activity.
  2. Understand the needs of individual schools and tailor social strategies accordingly.
  3. Lead a team of 5+ local social community managers, aligning content with business and local market objectives.
  4. Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities.
  5. Identify potential revenue streams through emerging social products.
  6. Recommend social media tools for automation and efficiency at a global level.
  7. Collaborate with school leadership to ensure content aligns with regional priorities and commercial goals.
  8. Improve overall social strategy by finding efficiencies and addressing gaps.
  9. Manage paid and organic social campaigns to maximize ROI.
  10. Support content marketing efforts and advise on KPIs and strategies.
  11. Share best practices and updates across marketing units.
  12. Report on KPIs related to brand awareness, ROI, and retention.
