What You'll Do

• Own and lead their global social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Threads, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop content pillars and creative briefs in collaboration with their content, design, and marketing teams.
• Plan and manage the social calendar, ensuring it aligns with product launches, campaigns, events, and cultural moments.
• Write engaging copy and oversee the production of high-quality visuals and video content.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithms, and emerging channels to drive growth and relevance.
• Use analytics to measure performance, track KPIs, and report insights to leadership.
• Manage their community, ensuring timely responses and meaningful interactions.
• Lead on paid social strategy in collaboration with our media team.
• Support talent, founders, and brand partners with personal brand content and amplification.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in social media management—ideally within creative, tech, or agency environments.
• A deep understanding of how different platforms work, and how to tailor content accordingly.
• Exceptional writing skills with a sharp, creative tone of voice.
• Experience working with video, content creators, and social-first campaigns.
• Proven track record of growing audiences, building engagement, and hitting ambitious KPIs.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Bonus points if you have design/video editing know-how or experience with AI content tools.
