A leading health communications agency in London is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to develop and execute innovative social media strategies for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. You will oversee all aspects of social media projects, ensuring exceptional client service. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in a social media agency role, with proven success in healthcare. This role offers a hybrid working model allowing 3 days in the office and 2 at home.

WHAT IS THE ROLE?
As aSenior Social Media Manager, you will act as client counsel and strategic partner for everything social across a portfolio of healthcare and pharmaceutical accounts.
You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable business results. This includes overseeing all aspects of social media projects, from strategic planning and content development to performance reporting. You will work closely with the wider internal team and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and exceptional client service.
