Job description

Location: Central London (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

The Company

A fast-growing, award-winning sports marketing agency operating at the heart of sponsorship, brand activation and culture.

In just six years, they've gone from ambitious start-up to a significant industry player - picking up major agency awards along the way and building a client roster that spans challenger brands and household names across sport, entertainment and beyond.

They're independent, values-driven and the momentum is only building. A recent run of new client wins and high-profile campaign work is driving real growth, and they're now scaling their team to keep pace with demand.

The culture is one they're genuinely proud of - recently recognised as one of the top places to work in the industry - built on personal growth, creative ambition and a team that's all in together.

The Role

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can lead social strategy and activation across a portfolio of clients - shaping how brands show up across social in a way that's culturally relevant, creatively ambitious and built to perform.

You'll bring a genuine passion for brand marketing, culture and creativity, with a deep understanding of how social sits at the heart of modern campaigns - across organic and paid, content and performance, channel strategy and sponsorship integration.

This is a role for someone who combines creative thinking with a strategic mindset - ideas that aren't just engaging, but effective - alongside the operational excellence to lead delivery and guide teams to a high standard, at pace.

Responsibilities
  • Lead social strategy and activation across a portfolio of client accounts
  • Build insight-led, culturally relevant channel strategies across organic and paid social
  • Develop content ideas that work natively across platforms - earned, owned and paid
  • Integrate social into wider brand and sponsorship campaigns, translating rights and IP into compelling social-led activation
  • Lead paid social planning, optimisation and reporting alongside performance teams
  • Use data and insight to shape strategy and improve content performance
  • Lead social workstreams from strategy through to execution
  • Provide clear direction to internal teams, creators and partners
  • Manage stakeholders confidently, both up and down
Who Are You
  • Significant experience pitching and delivering campaigns across organic and paid social, along with influencer marketing - ideally in an agency environment
  • A background in sponsorship or brand activation is a strong advantage, with an understanding of how social connects into wider rights and partnership campaigns
  • A deep understanding of platform behaviours, formats and trends
  • Strong instinct for what performs across social, earned, owned and paid channels
  • Experience integrating social into wider brand or sponsorship campaigns
  • Comfortable using data and insight to shape strategy and improve content
  • A clear, confident communicator who can lead teams and manage stakeholders at all levels
  • A challenger mindset - pushes for better, tests ideas, takes smart risks
  • Culturally switched-on, staying ahead of trends and knowing how to act on them quickly
  • Ambitious, with a genuine desire to grow and help shape the future of the agency
  • Genuine knowledge of and passion for the sports and entertainment industries, which runs through everything the agency does
Why Join?
  • Lead social strategy for a portfolio of well-known brands at a genuinely fast-growing agency
  • Operate at the intersection of social, culture and sponsorship activation
  • Be part of a culture built around personal growth, creativity and doing things properly
  • Recognised as one of the best places to work in the industry
  • Real opportunity to grow your career and shape the future of the agency's social offering
  • Sports experiences, socials, incentive schemes and more throughout the year
