Job summary

Bluetree Recruits is recruiting a Senior Social Media Executive for Chobham, Surrey. You’ll take ownership of social activity across client accounts, staying hands-on with content while shaping plans and performance-driven recommendations.

You’ll lead copywriting, collaborate with designers, and present insights to clients, while mentoring juniors and contributing to strategy with the Head of Social in a busy agency setting.

Qualifications

• Around three years' social media or digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency or multi-client environment.
• Excellent copywriter with confidence presenting ideas, plans and results to clients.
• Experience using performance data to drive meaningful recommendations and plan social-first content shoots.
• Knowledge of Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and YouTube; familiarity with Hootsuite, Sprout Social and Meta Business Suite.

Responsibilities

• Own social planning and delivery from ideation to publishing across major platforms.
• Write and review standout copy, adapting tone across brands and sectors.
• Brief designers/videographers and plan social-first content shoots.
• Act as day-to-day client contact and lead conversations on plans and results.
• Own reporting, turning data into actionable insights.
• Shape client strategy with the Head of Social and stay ahead of trends.
• Manage community and brand reputation, guiding junior teammates.
