Job summary

Better Placed in Cheshire is seeking a Senior Social Media Executive to join its marketing team. You will plan and deliver organic content across multiple channels, manage paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok, and stay ahead of trends to turn ideas into engaging content.

You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team and senior stakeholders, mentor junior colleagues, and bring a creative, detail‑oriented approach in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media, agency or in-house.
• Strong experience across organic and paid social.
• Hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Creative eye with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to work at pace.
• Experience mentoring others is a bonus.
