2i Recruit Ltd is helping a growing client recruit a Senior Social Media Executive to own social media planning, content delivery and performance across multiple client accounts. The role offers strategic input and support for junior team members.

You will lead content planning, copywriting, scheduling, and performance analysis while staying ahead of trends and maintaining brand voice across platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting, content creation and social media strategy skills.
• Experience with scheduling, management and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver social media activity across a portfolio of client accounts.
• Develop content plans and campaigns aligned with client objectives and wider marketing strategies.
• Create engaging social media content, including copywriting, ideation and campaign planning.
• Brief creatives and coordinate the production of social-first content.
• Schedule, publish and manage ongoing account activity.
• Act as day-to-day contact for clients, providing recommendations and campaign insights.
• Analyse performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor trends and platform developments to identify opportunities.
• Manage community engagement in line with brand tone of voice.
• Coordinate content shoots and social media coverage for events.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
• Collaborate with wider creative, marketing and account management teams to deliver campaigns.
