We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Growth Strategist to take our reach to the next level across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, through smart organic strategy and targeted paid advertising.

• Grow and optimize JamesDrakeTV on YouTube, with a data-driven strategy and Google Ads execution.
• Lead the launch and rapid growth of our Instagram and TikTok channels, adapting our storytelling for each platform.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with our creative team to align messaging, visuals, and formats.
• Track performance, set KPIs, and continuously refine strategy based on audience behavior and analytics.
• Senior-level experience (3–5+ years) growing branded channels, especially YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• A proven track record of growing audiences (100k+ followers/subscribers), with documented results or case studies.
• Deep knowledge of paid social strategies, including:
• Google Ads for YouTube
• Instagram Ads
• TikTok Ads
• Sharp understanding of platform algorithms, trends, content formats, and virality mechanics.
• A creative mind with a passion for art, history, and science storytelling.
• You’ll work with a dedicated AI creative team producing visually unique, high-quality content.
