We are working exclusively with a creative organisation to help them find a Senior Social Media Executive.

Our Client

A small but growing, specialist organisation, they’re an inspiring success story. They have no HQ so staff work remotely though you’ll be expected to go to some of their various locations.

The Role

This is a new role for the organisation, and you will join the marketing team at a crucial and exciting time as they expand. They have a fantastic story to tell, and you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering compelling campaigns. You’ll create, manage, develop and monitor across all the group’s social media channels which include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

You may well create visual content yourself, but as we’re also looking for an Assistant to this role, this isn’t essential. You’ll work closely with the Brand Communications lead, the wider marketing team and their agencies.You will be keen to progress your career, and this role has a clear pathway to lead their social media.You’ll have strong written communication skills, a keen eye for what’s on trend, have experience of social media scheduling, campaign analysis and online community engagement.

The salary shown reflects that you will work for 41 weeks of the year, so if you are keen to be able to take most of the school holidays off, have a side hustle or would like to travel more, then this role could be perfect for you. The role is largely remote, you’ll need to travel to the Midlands and North West once or twice a month, so you need to be happy to work from home for the majority of the time.
