Dewynters Limited, a leading live entertainment agency, seeks a Social Media Account Director to drive organic social for high-profile theatre projects in a fast-paced West End setting. You’ll lead client strategy, oversee campaigns, and mentor the Organic Social Team, partnering with senior stakeholders to elevate brand visibility.

The role requires evening/weekend flexibility and strong collaboration across departments to deliver award-winning social media campaigns.

Competenze

• Significant professional experience in social media at a senior level.
• Experience managing senior client relationships and advising strategically.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills.
• Experience capturing photos/videos for social media via mobile and equipment.

Mansioni

• Lead development of insight-led organic social media strategies with KPIs.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders as primary contact.
• Own overall health and growth of client accounts and deepen relationships.
• Ensure campaigns are scoped, resourced and delivered within budgets/timelines.
• Provide strategic oversight of campaign execution aligned to brand guidelines.
• Devise and oversee content capture opportunities (photo/video).
• Line manage and mentor Organic Social Team members.
• Advise on sensitive community management and reputational issues.
• Coordinate with Creative, Account Management and Paid Media teams.
• Create dashboards for weekly reporting in Brandwatch and present performance reviews.
• Report on brand growth, audience engagement and KPIs.
