Dewynters Ltd in the UK is hiring an Account Executive to support busy client accounts within the live entertainment sector. You will coordinate with internal creative and production teams to deliver campaigns on brief and on time, while handling multiple clients and projects daily.

The role emphasizes project management, stakeholder communication, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality client deliverables across West End and touring theatre campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience managing busy accounts with high asset production volumes.
• Strong organisation and proofreading abilities for client deliverables.
• Able to plan meetings, prepare reports, and track deadlines.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide full project management support to meet client demands.
• Coordinate with creative teams to ensure on-time outputs.
• Brief, proofread, and traffic campaigns and websites.
• Manage production cycles, quotes, and client approvals.
• Build strong client relations and understand brand guidelines.
• Take notes in meetings and circulate materials to the team.
• Support West End and touring theatre campaigns.
