ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a social media visionary with a passion for building engaged communities? As Senior Social Media & Community at BRUNA, you’ll take the helm in shaping our brand’s digital presence, crafting compelling content, and driving engagement across all channels. You stay ahead of trends, thrive on creativity and data-driven strategy, and know how to turn audiences into loyal communities. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Social Media & Community Management: Drive and grow BRUNA’s social media channels and strengthen community engagement by managing daily content, calendars, and strategy that unites online and offline activations. Define and develop innovative, consistent, community-centred content across platforms to ensure BRUNA’s content is the content our community is craving for.
  • Community Building & Brand Advocacy: Grow BRUNA’s community through online as well as offline experiences, leading events that create meaningful connections with our customers and partners to increase the customer feeling of belonging to the brand. Actively engage with followers and identify opportunities to boost community interaction, aligning with broader organizational goals to maximize BRUNA’s community impact.
  • Content Management: Create and oversee in-house content—from feed curation to TikTok and Instagram reels—and collaborate with teams for shoots, events, and pop-ups.
  • Trends & Insights: Seek out the latest social media features, engagement techniques, and trends to produce innovative content that resonates with our audience. Track KPIs, uncover insights, and experiment with new tools and formats to drive growth, boost engagement, and expand BRUNA’s social presence.
YOUR BACKGROUND
  • 3+ years of experience working with lifestyle brands or agencies, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Strong creative eye with a deep understanding of social media trends and a passion for fashion.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to create visually compelling content that converts effectively.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage diverse marketing campaigns while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Highly driven, proactive, and eager to present and execute innovative ideas.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a positive attitude toward challenges and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Natural ability to network, build relationships, and drive community engagement.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit, able to work cross-functionally and support colleagues effectively.
  • Proficiency in graphic design programs and other content creation tools.
  • 2-3+ years of relevant education in digital media, graphic design, content creation, or related fields.
  • Excellent English skills with strong attention to detail in spelling and grammar; German is a plus.
