Job description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager to join Experian. You will be pivotal in setting us apart from the competition by creating a market-leading social media presence, keeping updated on social trends and customer insights.

Responsibilities:

  • You will reimagine social media for the Experian brand. You'll develop and implement an industry-leading social media and influencer strategy that aligns with and enhances Experian's overall marketing and communications goals.
  • Reporting into Head of Marketing, you'll be accountable for Experian's social media and influencer channels, executing against the strategy, reporting the results, impact and insights.
  • You'll utilise the contacts in your social media and influencer marketing network to ensure you're putting forward the best partner and agency recommendations. You'll identify, engage, and manage relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • You'll have the contractual and budget responsibility for a series of third-party suppliers with ownership of quarterly business reviews.
  • You'll work with cross-functional teams to lead on the delivery of cohesive and integrated communication strategies across your channels.
  • You'll develop a best-in-class measurement framework, analysing the impact of social media across multiple areas.

Experience and Skills

  • Expertise in social media and influencer marketing for consumer brands, with experience challenging the status quo and developing high impact, creative strategies that create measurable impact.
  • You'll have in-depth knowledge of social media and influencer marketing platforms, trends, and best practices, with the ability to showcase multiple case studies of organic social and influencer marketing campaigns that have gone viral and exceeded KPI expectations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Experience building commercial business cases for growing scale across your channel mix and experience of high-value commercial negotiations.
  • Experience implementing best practice reporting to measure analytics for campaigns.
