Jellyfish invites a Senior Creative, Social to bridge advertising and social with hands-on ideation and execution. Based in London, this hybrid role blends big campaign thinking with platform-native social craft, requiring a strong conceptual brain and fluency across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Reddit.

You’ll collaborate with Creative Directors, mentor juniors, and push ideas from concept through production.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in advertising or social/creative agencies at senior level
• Strong conceptual advertising brain; turn briefs into simple ideas
• Deep understanding of platform culture and creators
• Experience moving between campaigns, activations and social content
• Articulate ideas, write copy and build persuasive decks
• Proficient with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Kling

Responsibilities

• Develop bold ideas across social, campaigns, activations, experiential, digital and emerging platforms.
• Elevate ideas from initial concept to final execution with Creative Directors.
• Mentor junior creatives and foster a collaborative culture.
• Educate clients on evolving social behaviours and formats.
• Create social content that earns attention and cultural relevance.
