Senior Social Care Worker - Supervisors are responsible for providing direct support to individuals in various settings, ensuring a high standard of service delivery that promotes individuals' well-being through their strengths, skills, community, personal gifts, and key relationships.
The role includes ensuring that individuals receive care in accordance with relevant legislation and national guidance.
You will provide person-centred support, maintaining a positive ethos that encourages independence within personal capabilities and outcomes.
The purpose of the role is to assist with managing, delivering, and developing the service, including supervising, coaching, and developing staff, and actively participating in person-centred planning to support outcomes. Supervisors also have a quality assurance role in monitoring the quality of care and implementing service development initiatives under the direction of Team Leaders.
Community Care Resources offers high-quality services for clients over 16 requiring residential, day care, and care at home. This includes services for those with mental health issues, substance misuse, supported tenancies, and nutritional support through Meals on Wheels.
