Salary: £39,201 - £43,619 per year pro rata

You could be part of a dedicated team in providing excellent standards of care to adults living in Eadar Glinn Home.

Working with the Unit Manager to support the overall running of the Home.

Acting as a line manager of the shift and planning the day-to-day running of the shifts with your staff team, including staff deployment, and the alignment of staff competencies and training to resident’s needs.

Ensuring all team rota’s are sufficiently covered.

Providing a level of support to residents as determined by their care plan, to meet their physical, intellectual, emotional and social care needs.

Be part of maintaining and developing plans set out by Health & Social Care Standards, My support, My life.

Promoting and adhering to Argyll & Bute policies and procedures.

Be part of an exciting profession where continued learning and development is essential in supporting vulnerable adults and the wider community in Argyll & Bute Council.

Working alongside residents, carers and other professional staff as appropriate.

You require to be compassionate and understanding of others with an ability to empathise, as well as adapting to changes and encouraging. Good communication skills and the ability to be flexible in working shifts.

Acting as a line manager, you require to be able to communicate effectively, and manage the shift whilst delegating team members.
