Job summary

Claranet is seeking a Senior SOC Engineer in London to lead the design, deployment and optimisation of security solutions built around the SentinelOne Singularity platform. You will onboard new customers, drive platform enhancements and service development while mentoring engineers and acting as the technical escalation point.

The role covers SIEM, XDR, EDR, SOAR and telemetry across cloud, hybrid and on‑prem environments, with opportunities for professional progression.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Security Engineering or similar role.
• Hands-on SentinelOne Singularity experience (XDR, AI SIEM, EDR).
• Experience onboarding log sources across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises.
• Automation, API integrations, telemetry pipelines, and security orchestration.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Strong knowledge of SOC operations, detection engineering and incident response.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to convey complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimisation of SentinelOne-based SOC solutions for new and existing customers.
• Design, deploy, and support SIEM, XDR, EDR, SOAR, and telemetry across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
• Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex engineering challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance detection, automation, resilience and efficiency.
• Support customer engagements, workshops, solution design and pre-sales activities.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards, documentation and best practices.
