Job summary

Claranet Limited's Security Operations Centre is seeking a Senior SOC Engineer to lead design, deployment and optimization of security solutions around SentinelOne Singularity. You will influence customer onboarding, platform enhancements, and strategic service development while acting as a technical leader within the engineering team.

The role requires 3+ years in security engineering, hands-on SentinelOne expertise, and strong scripting and automation abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Security or SOC engineering roles.
• Hands-on SentinelOne Singularity experience, including XDR and EDR.
• Experience onboarding log sources across cloud, hybrid, on-prem.
• Knowledge of automation, telemetry pipelines, and security orchestration.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Strong SOC operations, incident response, and attacker methodologies.
• Excellent communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading projects from design to handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimisation of SentinelOne-based SOC solutions.
• Design, deploy, and support SIEM, XDR, EDR, SOAR, across environments.
• Act as senior technical escalation point for complex challenges.
• Drive continuous improvements in detection, automation, resilience, and efficiency.
• Support customer engagements, workshops, solution design, and pre-sales.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to standards and documentation.
• Collaborate with SOC Ops, Detection Engineering, Automation, and Security Optimisation teams.
