Job summary

Searchability NS&D is seeking a Senior SOC Analyst for an onsite role in Farnborough, UK. You will monitor, investigate and respond to incidents across critical client environments, analyzing alerts and guiding remedial actions.

Key responsibilities include enhancing detection rules, analysing network traffic, and producing technical reports while mentoring junior analysts and supporting ongoing security programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Security Operations Centre environment.
• Strong experience withMicrosoft Sentinel and Splunk.
• Good understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and traffic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate security events across client environments.
• Perform incident response activities and support remediation efforts.
• Analyze network traffic, endpoint activity and system logs.
• Improve detection rules using MITRE ATT&CK techniques.
• Produce technical and customer-facing reports.
• Support threat intelligence activities and mentor junior analysts.
