Job summary

eTeam Workforce Limited in London is seeking an experienced Senior Snowflake Developer to design, build and optimise enterprise data solutions in a Financial Services setting. You will implement Snowflake-based ELT/ETL pipelines, develop dbt models and Python components, and work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data architecture.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing or analytics platform development.
3+ years dedicated Snowflake development experience.
Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale data solutions in Banking or Financial Services.
Experience modernising Legacy Microsoft data platforms and migrating workloads to cloud-based technologies.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to partner with business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain scalable data solutions within Snowflake.
Build and optimse ELT/ETL pipelines for critical reporting and analytics.
Design data models including star schema and dimensional modelling.
Develop dbt-based transformation frameworks and Python data processing components.
Contribute to architecture decisions and governance compliance.
Collaborate with architects, BI teams and stakeholders to deliver initiatives.
