Job summary

Gen II Fund Services is expanding its Data & Integration Platform (DIP) and seeks a Senior Data Engineer to own the Bronze–Gold data layers, building trusted analytics-ready assets from raw system data. You’ll work on Snowflake-based architecture, AI-assisted development, and Streamlit applications for internal tools, collaborating with the Associate Director of Data Engineering.

You will drive data workstreams with minimal oversight, contribute to data governance, and partner with BI teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on data engineering experience.
• Strong Snowflake expertise including data modelling, SQL optimisation, Streams/Tasks and Secure Data Shares.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bronze-Silver-Gold data layer and ensure data is analytics-ready.
• Take data workstreams from requirements to production with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate with BI teams to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Develop AI-assisted transformation logic and automated testing/documentation.
• Build Streamlit applications for internal tooling and dashboards.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance across the platform.
