Chattyvets in Plymouth, Devon, is seeking a confident Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly, well-established team. The role blends branch practice with hospital support, offering diverse cases across consulting, surgery, and emergency care.

You will work with a collaborative team of 14 vets and 25 RVNs/SVNs, with opportunities to develop interests in cardiology or dermatology and access comprehensive CPD support.

Qualifications

• Must be a confident GP Vet with good consult and surgical skills.
• RCVS registration is essential.
• This role is not suitable for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse first-opinion caseload with consults and surgery.
• Get involved with orthopaedics and laparoscopic procedures; assist with emergency care when needed.
• Collaborate with a 14-vet, 25-RVN/SVN team and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
