Job summary

Cygnet Afon Las in Corwen, Denbighshire, is recruiting a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our new neuropsychiatric service. You will manage a specialist caseload of patients with complex speech, language and swallowing needs, delivering input in line with the SLT pathway and working within a multidisciplinary team on site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech and Language Therapy or postgraduate diploma.
• HCPC registration is required.
• RCSLT membership is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage SCLN and EDS needs for a specialist caseload.
• Deliver input in line with the Cygnet SLT pathway for neuropsychiatric services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and contribute to service development.
• Provide supervision and CPD support to colleagues.
