WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Serve as Assistant Slot Shift Manager in their absence.
• Promptly handle guest questions, problems, and requests professionally and efficiently.
• Manage payment of manual, hand-paid slot jackpots.
• Answer questions about slot machines and property information.
• Promote Slot Player’s Club features and assist with promotions.
• Sign up guests for the Slot Player’s Club.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to bill validators and vouchers, including troubleshooting.
• Exchange large bills for smaller denominations upon guest request.
• Assist with technical and service issues as needed.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on slot machines and equipment.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings and events.
• Meet performance expectations in communication, initiative, guest service, work habits, conduct, and responsible gaming.
• Follow customer service guidelines in interactions with guests.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.

• High School Diploma/GED; 1-2 years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience in casino or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints.
• Ability to interpret manuals and documents.
• Strong communication skills to present information and respond to questions.
• Basic math skills required.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Qualify for credentials required by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
