Job summary

Taylor Wimpey seeks a Senior Site Manager to oversee multiple developments for a Business Unit, ensuring high construction quality within controlled costs and strict health and safety. You will collaborate with department heads to meet objectives and develop staff.

You will support the Production Director, manage the Build Programme, monitor site progress, and oversee subcontractors to keep milestones on track while maintaining safety and quality standards across sites.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in production management within construction.
Proven ability to manage staff, subcontractors and suppliers.
Formal qualification as NVQ Residential Construction Senior Site Management (L7).

Responsibilities

Support the Production Director by developing the Build Programme and site plans.
Coordinate Site Managers' Health & Safety Plans and site safety compliance.
Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to maintain schedule, cost and quality.
Monitor customer care procedures and resolve issues to purchaser satisfaction.
Plan staffing levels and recruit qualified personnel to maintain performance.
