Are you a strategic leader with a passion for intralogistics and operational excellence? We’re looking for a Senior Site Manager to take charge of a high-performing logistics site, ensuring seamless internal flow of goods, safety, and efficiency at every level.
�� Your Role: As the Senior Site Manager, you will lead and oversee day-to-day site operations within our intralogistics environment. You’ll be accountable for the end-to-end internal movement of goods and materials, the performance of on-site teams, and delivering against KPIs related to safety, cost, quality, and delivery.
�� Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all site operations related to intralogistics, including goods receiving, internal transport, storage, and material flow to production.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, safety, and productivity.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop site teams including supervisors, technicians, and warehouse staff.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, production, maintenance, and supply chain teams.

�� What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior intralogistics, operations, or site management role.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on and strategic mindset.
• Deep understanding of warehouse and internal material flow systems.
• Familiarity with automated and manual logistics processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices is a plus.

�� Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent in Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are an advantage.
