The company have experienced impressive growth across all regions with margins also improving on a turnover exceeding £1bn. The Northern region is benefiting from a number of recent projects wins and to support this growth the company are looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager to oversee the internals on a challenging and prestigious £100m high rise development in the centre of Leeds. The ideal candidate will have;

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager on large scale projects.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage site teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and health and safety standards
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills
