Do you have experience of managing New Build Industrial/Warehouse projects of significant value as a number 2 or even a number 1. If so, our client is keen to talk to you!!

Our client, a long established main contractor located on the M1 Corridor have recently secured 3 new projects, with 2 schemes imminently hitting site. Project values range from £3m-£8m, however a £15 million negotiated tender opportunity is currently being bid.
You will work closely with the visiting Contracts Manager and have day to day operational responsibility for the project.
Our client is actively recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to join their team. They pride themselves on being professional and approachable and are looking for an experienced individual too share their drive and passion.

The Candidate (Senior Site Manager):
As a Senior Site Manager you should have well-rounded general main contracting experience gained through working on a variety of project types with the ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive with a positive can-do attitude and experience within the role as a Senior Site Manager.

You will require the following:
•Previous Industrial/Warehouse sector experience is essential.
• A working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts (Preferable)
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• A full UK driving license
