I have a great opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join a reputable Main Contractor with a turnover in excess of £50m, on a permanent basis.

The company have been operating since the 1970’s and over the years they have built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the Southern Counties. They work on a range of new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors including commercial, education, residential, healthcare, leisure and retail.

Due to an increased workload, they are looking to bring on an experienced Senior Site Manager, predominantly to work on new build projects. Ideally the Senior Site Manager will have a strong track record of working on a range of new build projects across multiple sectors including commercial offices, education, healthcare and residential.

Experience:

• Track record working for a reputable Main Contractor as a Senior Site Manager
• Excellent team player and man-manager able to motivate site teams
• Experience working on new build projects across a range of sectors
• Able to communicate well and drive supply chain
• Strong on health and safety and quality control
• Able to work to programme and ensure supply chain do
• Good communicator with a hands on approach
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
