Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd seeks a Senior Site Manager to lead complex, high-value residential projects in the London and South of England region. You will ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards, while guiding a team of skilled professionals and subcontractors on site.

The role requires proven site leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage programmes, logistics, and safety compliance across projects valued up to £15m+.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-end, complex construction projects.
• Strong leadership, technical capability and site certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate every aspect of the project, driving delivery against programme, quality and commercial goals.
• Inspire and guide your team and subcontractors to create a collaborative high-performance environment.
• Set project culture and strategy reflecting company values.
• Plan, programme and manage logistics with proactive risk management and change control.
• Champion safety, quality and site management excellence on all stages.
• Strengthen relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders to ensure confidence and repeat success.
