Would you like to work on a 150-unit residential development in Co. Louth with an award-winning Irish Main Contractor that has years of experience in the Dundalk and Drogheda areas?

This well-organised development will consist of 150 residential units, including houses, terraced homes, duplexes, and apartment blocks. As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the construction of this large-scale, high-quality project that will make a meaningful impact on the local community.

As Site Manager: Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing subcontractors, construction team, and suppliers
  • Having excellent knowledge of trades and a relevant background
  • Ensuring compliance with building regulations
  • Reporting to Contract Manager / Head of Construction
  • Managing health and safety on site
  • Overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, building regulations, and health and safety standards
  • Monitoring project progress against timelines and budgets, providing regular updates, and addressing any potential delays or issues

The Package: An excellent package will be offered to the successful candidate, including a basic salary of €80,000 - €85,000 + bonus, vehicle, fuel card, and pension.
