Bloor Homes is seeking a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager for the Midlands region, based in Ashby (B79 0BY). You will lead on-site delivery from planning through completion, maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction while managing sub-contractors and labour.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager on a new build residential construction site.
• SMSTS and First Aid trained.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Competent in project planning and site Health & Safety with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and record progress in line with approved methods.
• Ensure high quality builds in line with standards and regulations.
• Address customer queries promptly during production.
• Appoint and manage site sub-contractors and labour.
• Coordinate labour and materials to meet production programme.
