Due to continued growth and the scale of their current workload, the company is looking to appoint experienced Senior Site Managers to join their project delivery teams.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will play a key leadership role on large-scale developments, helping to drive quality, safety, programme, and commercial performance across major live sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full site responsibility for the day-to-day management of large construction projects.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme deadlines, budget targets, and safety regulations.
• Report progress and issues to the Project Director and contribute to strategic planning.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance and client satisfaction.
• Promote and uphold health & safety standards on-site at all times.
• Mentor junior site staff and contribute to the development of the wider team.
