Job summary

Fortem, part of the Willmott Dixon Group, is seeking 4 Site Managers to deliver an accelerated retrofit cladding replacement and refurbishment programme across four high-rise blocks in central Bristol. Roles are permanent, Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:30, with interviews anticipated ASAP and offers expected August/September.

You will oversee projects under Bristol City Council, coordinating scaffolding or mast climbers, MEP removal/reinstatement, and facade upgrades while maintaining safety, quality and

Qualifications

• Experience delivering capital works and larger scale projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects with external façade systems.
• UK driving licence and scaffold safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to promote Fortem brand and safety standards.
• Lead project strategies to meet timescales and budget.
• Develop relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain.
• Recruit, train and motivate Fortem staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure zero-defect handover and robust defect management.
